★★★★★★★★★★3.6 · 13 reviews · 4 hours · from $195

Ride from Santa Monica to Malibu in a private or small-group 1972 VW van, stopping at Malibu Pier, Point Dume, and scenic coastal viewpoints. Finish at Rosenthal wine tasting room with four California wines and a cheese, salami, and cracker plate. Guides have included Alexey and Stephen.

“The tour was hindered by recent wildfires. The winery scheduled had burnt down. The drive was mainly interstate due to road closures. Our guide had great personality but did not give very much insight to the area. Most of the time had conversation with the member of our group that rode in the front seat. Could not hear a thing he said. We were taken to an alternate winery but seemed rushed, and didn't seem like anyone was aware we were coming. Other options should have been given especially for the price.”
